Slifer House Museum Opens
The Slifer House Museum, located on the campus of RiverWoods Senior Living Community in Lewisburg, has opened for the season. The museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 1pm to 4pm for tours. Other hours and group tours are available by appointment. Admission is $6 for adults, $5 for seniors over 60, and $3 for youth age 6-18 and college students with a valid ID. Admission is free for all Slifer House Museum members.
Volunteers are needed at the Slifer House Museum to serve as tour guides, office assistants and to help with Museum events. Anyone interested in learning more should call Kathryn Balistrieri, Slifer House Museum Director, at 570.524.2245.
